印度新冠肺炎疫情下，超短波治療刻不容緩

超短波治療上呼吸道感染及肺炎 50 例臨床觀察

目的：探討超短波對呼吸道疾病的治療作用
方法：對50例在校大學生上呼吸道感染及肺炎患者, 隨機分為單純藥物治療組 , 綜合治療組 ( 藥物 + 超短波) 。
結(jié)果：綜合治療組治愈率96 . 8%, 單純組為83 . 3%, 經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學處理 , P < 0 . 0 5 , 具有顯著性差異。
結(jié)論：超短波對上呼吸道感染及肺炎有明顯的康復治療作用, 可提高療效, 縮短病程, 治療費用低, 并且使用方便、安全, 在校學生容易接受。

超短波在傳染性非典型性肺炎綜合治療中的應用研究
目的：探索超短波在傳染性非典型肺炎綜合治療中應用的效果。
方法：確診非典"患者共38例，治療組18例,對照組20例，治療組增加超短波治療，每日1次。每次15 min,平均治療9.50土2.60次.觀察患者對超短波治療的一般臨床反應:比較兩組激素使用情況和病程。
結(jié)果：治療組激素減量的幅度較對照組大,病程明顯縮短(F-1.296,P<0.05).
結(jié)論：超短波在傳染性非典型肺炎的綜合治療中應用可加速肺部炎性病灶吸收,縮短病程。

[ Abstract] Objective To observe the efectiveness of ultrashort w ave diathermy in the treatment of severeacule respiratory sy ndrome (SARS). Methods Of the 38 caes ufSA RS w e observod, 20 were treated with variousdrugs including antiviral agents and methylprednisolone ( contol group)，the other 18 with ulrahort wavediathermy of the dhesl in addit ion to the drugs (obeserv ation group). The putient s generul condition, length o[ slayand the total dosage of methylpredn isolone used during the patien' s stay in the hospital w ere rec rded and compared betwec1 the lwo groups Results It w as shown that the total dosage used for the pa tients in the observation group w as sig nificanly lower than that in the control group. As wll, the lmngth of stay of the patients in the observation group w as shorter than the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion U ltrashort wave diathermy is a valu able addition to the armament for treating SARS. It an acelerate the repairing of lng tissue and shorten patient' s length of stay.
